Terms of Service for Servana.ai

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Servana.ai website and online platform (the "Platform") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Servana.ai (also referred to as "Servana," "we," "us," or "our") provides a marketplace that connects service providers (each, a "Vendor") with customers seeking services (each, a "User").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
• Use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Servana.ai provides a platform for Vendors and Users to connect. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Servana.ai is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between a Vendor and a User.

Vendors are independent providers. We do not supervise, direct, control, or endorse Vendors, and we do not guarantee the quality, timing, legality, suitability, safety, or availability of any services provided by Vendors.

The Platform may allow Users to request bookings, submit inquiries, and receive quotes. Any pricing, scope, availability, or service terms are determined by the Vendor and the User.

Servana.ai may charge Vendors a platform fee in connection with completed bookings (a "Platform Fee"). As indicated in the admin billing experience, Platform Fees are collected manually by the administrator (for example, by contacting Vendors directly) and then recorded as paid in the Platform. Servana.ai does not currently act as a merchant of record for end-customer payments unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and dispute resolution terms may be set by Vendors or otherwise provided in the applicable booking flow.

The Services, including text, graphics, interfaces, and software, are owned by or licensed to Servana.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

Vendors and Users may submit content (such as profiles, listings, descriptions, messages, and other materials). You represent you have the rights necessary to submit such content and you grant us a license to host, store, display, and process it to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

Some business listings may originate from public web sources and appear as auto-listed preview pages before a business owner claims them. Auto-listed pages are informational, may be incomplete, and do not mean the business has endorsed Servana. A business owner may claim the listing or request permanent removal at servana.ai/listing/remove.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVANA.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to the Services, other users, or third parties, or as otherwise necessary to protect the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
