Question 1

How many years of experience do I need to join Team Aluma?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required to join the team.

Question 2

Do I really get to set my own pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You know your customers better than anyone, so Aluma empowers you to create your own specials and pricing, and can run data on competitive pricing in your area if you'd like.

Question 3

How long will it take for me to open?

Accepted Answer

The timeline is up to you. Aluma guides you through every step — securing a location, connecting with vendor reps, developing your service menu, and launching marketing — and the average process takes about 30 days from onboarding to a fully operational medspa.

Question 4

What are the total costs for me to join Aluma?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. There are no upfront costs and zero out-of-pocket fees to open your own space, and opening your space is a gift you do not have to pay back.

Question 5

Is Aluma nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — Aluma is currently focused on Southern California so it can provide hands-on support, resources, and community. Expansion is on the horizon.
