SNUGS started with a pick-up and trailer-mounted pressure washer focused on residential services, then quickly expanded to commercial and multi-family locations. In 25+ years the company has washed nearly every type of residential, commercial, and industrial structure found in the Northwest, and nearly every type of surface that can be pressure washed. Custom-built equipment outperforms similar manufactured pressure washers, allowing deeper and faster cleaning. Both pressure washing and soft washing methods are offered depending on the surface. Crews bring their own water and can work day, night, or weekends.

SNUGS has been cleaning gutters for more than 25 years across all types of properties and has developed different scopes of work for different roof, property, and building types so customers only pay for what they need. Technicians are trained to perform full gutter system inspections and light repairs, and all carry common repair components so simple repairs can be made at the time of cleaning. Installation crews use the latest equipment and specialize in 5K, 6K, and Fascia gutter types, using only aluminum materials for longer life. Gutters are attached with screws and hidden hangers and come with corrugated downspouts for optimum flow and less clogging. Custom scopes of work can also be bid.

Moss grows where the sun doesn't shine — about six months of the year in the Northwest — so annual treatment is recommended. SNUGS is approved by the Department of Agriculture to apply treatments and remove moss, using EPA-registered compounds proven to turn moss inert; the liquid treatment is best applied in spring but can be applied year-round. For removal, crews handle metal, tile, slate, composition, and cedar shake roofs, pressure washing where appropriate and using gentler methods on roofs that pressure washing would destroy. After moss is removed, crews clean the gutters and do a light rake of the landscaping to clean up. On most roofs a moss treatment is then applied to help prevent roots or spores from continuing to grow.

Snugs has been washing trucks and equipment since 1995 and developed a quality 2-step process that washes fleets quickly without sacrificing quality. All service trucks carry two full wash set-ups capable of washing with hot water and recovering all wash water if needed. Equipment is custom built in-house to fit customer needs and includes de-greaser sprayers, hot water burners, high horsepower engines, and high-quality 2-step pressure washing lines.
